1. Cancellation Policy
a) By Client:

  • Before project start: 100% refund, minus transaction fees
  • Within 7 days of start: Partial refund based on actual work completed
  • After 7 days or >50% completion: No refund applicable

b) By ARTMAKER TECHNOLOGIES:
We reserve the right to cancel a project due to:

  • Repeated client non-responsiveness
  • Breach of terms
  • Payment failures

In such cases, partial refunds (if any) will be processed based on remaining work

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain name registrations fess of domain registration websites.
  • Hosting or server fees
  • Premium plugins or third-party purchases
  • Digital marketing campaigns already initiated
  • Consultation or strategy sessions

3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a cancellation or refund, email us at admin@artmakertechnologies.com with:

  • Project name
  • Date of agreement
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Proof of payment

All refund claims will be reviewed within 5–7 business days, and processed (if approved) within 10 business days.

4. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only (bank account, UPI, credit card, etc.).
