ARTMAKER TECHNOLOGIES provides 100% digital products and services. There is no physical shipping involved. All deliverables are provided electronically.
1. Delivery Channels
- Google Drive / Dropbox
- Direct server upload (for websites or apps)
- GitHub or code repositories
- Email or secure download links
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines vary depending on the service:
- Web Design: 7–14 business days
- Web Development: 3–8 weeks (depending on complexity)
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Begins within 5 working days of onboarding
- Software Development: Based on agreed modules and scope
Delays due to client-side approvals, feedback, or unshared assets are not counted against our delivery SLA.
3. Communication
Clients will be updated via:
- Email project summaries
- Weekly status reports (for long-term projects)
- Final handover with documentation and walkthrough
4. Post-Delivery Support
We offer:
- 30 days of free bug-fix support post-handover
- Support through email and scheduled virtual calls
- Paid Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for long-term support
5. No Physical Shipping
Since all products are digital:
- No logistics partners are involved
- No tracking ID or delivery signature is required
- Delivery is considered complete once assets are shared via the approved method
