3. Scope of Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:

- Custom website development (static and dynamic)
- Mobile and desktop software solutions
- SEO, SMM, and PPC campaigns
- Digital branding and graphic design
Each project or service is governed by a project-specific agreement detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is communicated via formal proposals or quotations.
- Projects may require full advance or milestone-based payments.
- Delay in payments may result in project suspension or termination.
- All invoices are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payments beyond 10 days may attract a 5% penalty.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property created during a project (code, design, content) remains the property of ARTMAKER TECHNOLOGIES unless explicitly transferred.
- Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for the specific project, not source ownership unless agreed in writing.
- Client-provided materials must not infringe on third-party copyrights.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely input, access credentials, approvals, and assets needed for the project.
- Review deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
- Maintain backups of any data shared or managed externally.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information unless required by law. This includes source code, credentials, marketing strategies, or client data.
8. Warranties and Liabilities
- Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of performance or results unless stated otherwise.
- ARTMAKER TECHNOLOGIES is not liable for loss of revenue, downtime, business interruption, or indirect damages.
- We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or marketing outcomes unless stated in an SLA.
9. Termination
A contract or service may be terminated by:
- Either party with 15 days’ written notice
- Immediate termination by ARTMAKER in case of non-payment, abuse, or violation of terms
On termination, unpaid invoices are due immediately, and the company reserves the right to suspend access to completed work.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
